Refund and Delivery Policy
All products will be shipped within 2 working days, unless Next Day delivery is requested, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.
You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift wrapping (if applicable). For example, if we are unable to deliver all the products within your order at the same time, you will only be charged once for delivery.
Delivery within Australia
Next Day Delivery: (via courier delivery where a signature is required)
Orders must be placed before 3pm between Monday and Thursday and be shipped to a postcode in the Next Day delivery table (link to search postcode status)
Delivery to Australian postcode addresses outside metropolitan districts is not eligible for next day delivery.

Cancellations and Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, by fax or by email, within ten days of receipt of your order.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened product.
If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and should be sent to Ecokid by Mail to: 14 Gordon Street, Glenelg SA 5045, Australia.
Gift cards and online gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
